In my professional career, I choose organizations who advocate equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I). I mentor and promote leaders based on their values, professional competencies and leadership potential.

As we grow and mature, we learn new things along the way, we understand the world around us, and, we get to know ourselves more. Not how others say we are, not how others think we are but how WE know WE genuinely are.

ED&I is about all of us. It is mutual respect to ourselves and to each other. It is freedom, it is a right, it is happiness, it is love.

I grew up in a family who respects ED&I. I am blessed to have a wife whose family also supports the same set of values and beliefs.

As a strong Ally, PRIDE is an all-year-round celebration with my family, my friends, my co-workers, and my community not just in June.

And, most importantly… it is a celebration of YOU.
