I was once part of an organization whose grand challenge was to give credit cards to everyday people to give everyone the chance to achieve their dreams by building a more secure financial future.

Both my parents always help random people find employment, help people with their studies, and, accommodate relatives & friends from the province who will be taking their Board or Bar exam to stay in our small home in Sampaloc Manila.

My grand challenge, sense of purpose and personal happiness is to end unemployment for people who want to be employed.

In the BPM industry, I have created over 8000 jobs for RFPs (Request for Proposal) wherein I am the solutions leader; maybe another 8K - 10K for RFPs where I was in a supporting SME (subject matter expert) role.

What humbles me are the community programs my various Teams & I have created. These are contact center readiness programs that enhance the English communication skills of the community to help them find employment.

I just want to spotlight the amazing folks from my various Teams through the years who led & helped me: Jay, Bhutri, Tina, Joel, Doms, Jaziel, Rosa, Julie, Russ+, Joel, Mack, Jace, Buddy, Mike and so many others.

As I write this… me, Gerard, Allan, Mack and Joel are finalizing another Contact Center Readiness Program for Employment that will benefit communities residing in the east of Eastwood City Libis like Marikina, Taytay, Antipolo, San Mateo, Angono and Pasig areas.
