Everyone goes through different kinds of challenges in life. Some are tougher than the others and a few seems impossible to overcome. All these add up to your wall of pain. Some walls are easy to break, some walls are too high and to thick, you’ll need help.
As we go through life, we meet genuine people we call friends and we also meet gems who become our mentors. Make sure to cherish these friends and mentors coz aside from the happy times together, there will be times when they will help you go through and break your toughest wall of pain.
Remember not only your good learning and experiences define who you are as a person and as a leader. Your pain is part of what defines you. How you win over your struggles, your challenges and your grief is part of your character.
And yes, there are a few times you do not win. In those moments, embrace the learning, collect yourself and then move on. Some challenges are not meant to be solved. The solution for some of those is how you move on. In fact, there are some walls of pain that you don’t break, you need to find a special door or window to go through it without breaking it. Those walls stay in your life as a reminder to keep on moving forward.

In my experience dealing with my pains…, I sometimes go to the spa, eat, go on a long drive, have a vacation, or simply have a nice dinner with my gorgeous wife Prudence who is my constant super hero every time I face the toughest walls of my pain. She is God’s most special gift to me. She is always there in all my lowest. She picks me up and saves me beautifully.
