As leaders, we must bring the VMOS (vision, mission, objectives & strategy) to life. We must create a work environment of trust, collaboration and genuine concern (malasakit).
Each leader is devoted in identifying and developing other leaders. Leadership programs are encouraged across all band levels and functions. It is designed to have interactive learning modules where the learners immerse in live operations with the right mentor who’s KRA includes ensuring her/his mentees are successful. There’s shared ownership of mutual success.
Exciting high touch & high feel engagement and 2-way communication are important KRAs of leaders. Associates are recognized & incentivized for doing exceptionally well on their performance. Performance management programs are in place to ensure everyone is accountable and supported to be their best or if there are other options outside the organization.


Leaders advise work streams (WS) composed of high performing Associates who focus on the customer, quality, efficiency, associates, and innovation. These interdependent and dynamic WSs protect the organization from any uncertainties.
Each Associate is a change agent. S/He has a digital first mindset and rallies the organization forward through process enhancement, automation and transformation.
The leadership promise is to enable each Associate to truly perform the greatest work of their lives for the benefit of themselves, their customers, the organization and the community.
