You need to deliberately tell yourself you need to STOP from your super fast lane lifestyle and work style in order for you to focus on what matters most - your spouse, your kids, your parents, yourself, your health and most importantly your God. Only when you stop will you be able to go faster and be more focused to achieve your goals.
You need to LOOK at your surroundings, the trends, nuances, risks, danger, top drivers of both positivity & negativity, relationships, wins, defeats and facts. Only when you observe intently will you be able revisit your vision, goals and aspirations in order to then fine tune your execution strategy.

LISTEN emphatically and talk less. There’s a reason why God gave us two ears and one mouth. Listen to yourself and listen to others. Keep an open mind about both the positive and negative feedback about you because feedback is a gift. What’s most important is what you do with the feedback to improve your character and professional maturity.
GROW. Be the tiny seed in a huge garden. Be part of something bigger than yourself. Surround yourself with greater experts than you are. Be the last person to talk in an executive level meeting. Go ask your children to teach you something new over the weekend like starting your Tiktok account.
*About the photo
I am grateful that my children were able to learn a lot of things from my father who is my mentor. Even if we reside quite a distance from their home, I make it a point to visit and bring them a lot of food during weekends. My family usually go with me.
When my kids have a very tough homework or research or project, they always as my dad, Lolo Jim. On the photo is my eldest daughter, Nina, asking help for an assignment in Philosophy.
