The Team wanted to elevate our Net Promoter Score (NPS) beyond our stretch goal. After several focused group discussions with Team Leads, QAs, Trainers and top performing frontline Associates.. we agreed WE OURSELVES need to be Promoters in order to enhance our customers’ experience to new and exciting heights.

As ONE Team, we agreed we need to be one (a promoter) to know one (a promoter). All our engagement activities, coaching conversations and learning activities were carefully designed to support the NPS campaign #iamaPromoter. All Associates from our Department posted photos on Facebook with this hashtag and a description about how they are proud to be a Promoter of the company, it’s products, services and our customers. Other departments and executive leadership joined us in this campaign which resulted to exceeding our NPS stretched goal.
