When you have a high performing Team, it’s always a great treat to surprise them with a special Team activity, award or even simple snacks. This encourages them to continue to inspire other Teams to also do their very best.

For example: During times when we have call volumes through the roof, I would normally assemble my Team Leaders and managers so we can serve coffee, juice or oatmeal snacks in the production floor. We have a PUSH CART filled with hot & cold beverages we serve at each work station of our frontline associates. What my Associates enjoy the most is at each Team Leads’ workstation, we would stop so me and all my leaders can do a short dance or a cheer or fun activities before serving the beverages they prefer.

My mother, Patrocinio Salazar, is a very loving, caring and generous person to everyone. She’s the type who would rather give what she has to another person if they are in need or even just to make their day smile and make them happy.

This photo was taken by my eldest daughter who just arrived from school. My mom saved the chocolate bar for her coz it was her examination week in college. Since my mother is blind, she didn’t notice that Sneakers have peanuts and my daughter is not fond of peanuts but still thanked, kissed and embraced my mom for her constant sweet thoughtfulness.

*Today June 4 Saturday at 2pm local Philippines time, me and my family laid our mother’s ashes in her final resting place along with our dad’s ashes at Loyola Memorial Park - Marikina.

We’ll miss the surprise snacks, stories and singing with you mom! We love you po!
