HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to my eldest daughter, Nina Gabrielle S. Bacolod, who graduated from her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Lyceum of the Philippines University here in the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). It is great joy to watch her physically walk on the stage and receive her diploma in person.

She was encouraged and sponsored by her grandparents to complete her MBA. I am confident my parents are cheering happily in heaven as Nina walked the stage in her beautiful toga. My father passed away last February 1, 2021 while my mother passed away last May 29, 2022 which is 4 days before Nina’s graduation.

At work, I constantly challenge my leaders to push their limits and reassure them that I will be with them cheering as they cross each finish line they aspire to conquer.

Never stop learning new things everyday. Never stop trying to push towards achieving your goals no mater how many time you fail. Never stop challenging the status quo. Never surrender from the war. Never allow negativity to crush your spirit and confidence. Never quit the game.

Keep your eyes laser focused on greatness no matter how hard, difficult and painful the challenges may be.
