The work that our frontline Associates do is not easy. They manage the most difficult role in the organization and they do it awesomely well.

This is why it’s a priority to constantly have an Associate-centric work environment throughout the Associate lifecycle. It must also be fun and engaging. Leaders must participate in sharing their talent especially during town halls.

In the Philippines, even if you don’t have a nice voice or even if you don’t know how to dance… we go, have fun and just do it for our Associates!

The Cebu Leadership Council decided to cheer up our Associates during our first remote Quarterly Town Hall during the Covid-19 lockdowns in year 2020

We ended the town hall with an explosive number. The 3 of us sent our video dancing to the song Dynamite by BTS. Our Engagement Team enhanced and edited it to make it pop! We got overwhelming positive, happy and cool feedback from our Associates for all the 3 sessions we conducted remotely.
