Learning Agility in leadership is a trait that all leaders must develop.

Leaders must be self aware about their strengths, weaknesses and capabilities. It means they must be comfortable in dealing with uncertainties, complexities and failures. One must be able to get back on track whenever they are shaken and derailed by compelling disturbances and turbulences.

Learning Agility trait means the leader must be hungry for constantly learning new things. They must be brave to tackle those topics and skills they fear the most. If they fail trying… they know it’s just part of the learning process and that they are getting closer to full understanding.

Also, it means leaders must be a great influencer to rally the Team towards achieving their goal. They must be able to generate the expected outcomes of all stakeholders no matter what the challenges are.
