Creative solution design is never done by a single person. It’s a TEAM of experts across functions who collaborate and provide global-best solutions to clients.

As a seasoned Solution Architect, I have a general understanding of the different transformation road maps, solution frameworks and delivery models across the lifecycle of customers or processes across most global industries based on the over 300 RFXs I have been part of in my 17 years experience in the BPM industry.

One thing is for sure…. I do not know all the solutions and not all my solutions resulted to winning the deals. What I do know is how to get the right industry SMEs or process experts or Practice leaders to join my solution calls to provide insights to me and my Deal Team. I then creatively put these together for the final solution for my clients. I always ensure I wear my client’s hat (strategic vision) and see it through their eyes (pain points, imperatives) as I consolidate all the insights into the final solution. Results: at least 25% win rate for deals / RFX I personally lead.

When we renovated our home, my son Great, decided he wants to have a personalized design on the walls of his room. I invited my visual artist friend, Christian Cresencio, to help him. The graffiti is his name, his colors and his design. The rest of the room incorporates his love for basketball, biking, friendship and service to God.

*Do you see the huge smile on my son’s face when I allowed him to paint whatever graffiti design his heart desires on his bedroom’s wall….. priceless! ❤️
