Mike is a highly respected guru in the Mortgage, Finance & Accounting space. He is one of my favorite mentors I have the privilege to call my friend. I learned a great lot about the US mortgage industry, business development, leadership, and also insights about US culture, history and food.

We won many deals together. The first deal we won was from a world renown mortgage group. They have never offshored in the past so it was a huge win to convince them.

Mike was able to bring our overall transformational solution to life based on which work can be outsourced onshore, which work can be offshored and which work must be kept within the bank based on regulations. I had the opportunity to complement this with real talk about our transition commitments to ensure they are successful with their first offshoring. As the Philippine Solutions & Transition Leader for my organization during that time, I committed to personally be the Transition Manager for this process.

I got perfect 5/5 Voice Of Customer (VOC) rating for this Transition project.

Our personalized, hands-on, transparent and genuine partnership with the client grew this relationship beyond mortgage. We won several other RFPs from this bank.

This is one of the first photos of our own home in 1997. My dad gave us the property while me and my wife loaned the construction of the house from the bank where she worked for 24 years. Nina, was our only child at that time who was barely 2 years old. She now has her own daughter who is almost 2 years old. How time flies.
