To enable change, the business imperatives must be known to all Associates across the organization. Each one knows their rights, responsibilities and measure of success as a company, as a Team and as an individual.
The organizational structure must be simple to enable swift decision making. Roles are clearly defined to simplify work execution. Talent is strategically aligned to where there is highest levels of impact. Robust leadership programs are in place to promote development and growth.
Leaders regularly engage in interdepartmental activities promoting shared ownership and accountability of all projects and activities. This makes transformation, collaboration and change a way of life.
