Don’t let the day go by without being grateful for a lot of good things happening to you. Oftentimes they just get covered by the negativity around you.
Stress can be damaging. Worrying can be exhausting. Negativity blurs your vision. It distracts you from staying inspired, motivated and thinking straight. As a leader, you need to deliberately find ways to remain cool, calm and collected when making crucial decisions at work.
Before your health and relationships get affected, decide to slow down; stop for a moment if you should.
If the restful weekend is still far, talk to your Coach. As your thinking partner, your Coach will help you navigate through your whirlwinds, priorities and challenges. S/he will guide you towards finding a positive reason to get back on track with your goal.
You can also go and seek guidance from our Super Coach… Wake up an hour or two earlier and attend mass in a church on the way to your work. Most community churches have a mass at 6am. What my Lola taught me was to keep silent and empty your mind and open your heart after praying. It allows our Good Lord to respond back to you.

Me and my daughter, Tres, found it interestingly positive reading the posts people leave in the milk tea cafe during a vacation in Bantayan Island Cebu.
